Meaux - Like Mo.

We came across this town by accident. What a treat! And it ended up that the ward we attended on Sunday was the Meaux Ward, they meet an hour from here. The town is charming top to bottom.

The center of town is all old streets with this church and castle in the middle. They're connected by this little archway. The city is surrounded by a stone wall. Europe is so cool. Why don't we have cities surrounded by stone walls? Oh. That's right. That's why our ancestors all left Europe - so they didn't have to live with stone walls surrounding their cities.

This post is mainly just family pictures. The lighting and the setting were awesome. Remind to take my own professional photographer with me next time I go. haha.

I love the red doors.

Ben and I laughed out loud about the stone walls. I'm so glad you guys had such a great trip! I think it's cool that you did such a great variety of things - big touristy destinations as well as little unknown places. That's how you really get a feel for a place, right?
