I'm quite sure Heavenly Father gathered all things, good and bad, about little boys - and put them into my little Chach. He is everything you think a boy should be:
Full of, and great at, truck noises.
Runs, jumps, leaps, and karate chops instead of walking anywhere he needs to go.
ALWAYS wants to play a sport. You name it, he'll be there with bells on. (or cleats anyway)
Wants chocolate milk for every meal.
Has to reach out, grab, chop, poke or touch anyone that crosses his path.
Thinks that "crashing" is the best way to play with any toy.
Laughing 90% of his day. Crying the other 10%. Oh yeah, and a fair amount of whining.
And recently describes everything he doesn't like as "bad!"
For example:
When he falls down while running like a maniac, he cry's as loud as he can, "Bad dirt, daddy. That's BAD dirt." Shooing his hand at the ground.
'Bad door.' Getting his hand stuck in the door.
'Naps, BAD!' Self explanatory.
My new all time favorite, yelled at me from time out - "You a BAD witch mommy!" You just can't help but laugh at that one.
And just to break my heart, at least a few times a week he cries, "Mama. I nee (need) my blue house. I can't fine (find) my blue house! I left my race cars there." Yeah. That's a heart breaker for me. I remind him that his blue house is there waiting for us. With his race cars.
He is also very mad that the "bad airplane" stole his last "bappy." (that's what he called his passy) You see, he left his last pacifier on the plane home from Europe. And, well, what are you going to do? He's almost three, and I couldn't have planned it better it I had tried to 'lose' his passy for him. But every now and then, we see a plane in the sky or he see's a picture of himself with it - and he says, "Mommy, you beat up that bad plane. He stole my bappy! We go airport and get it!" I tell him what a great time the bappy is having, seeing the world, flying all over the place. He doesn't seem as interested in the world travels of his long lost friend as I do.
He sure is cute though. And I love him to death.

I can't believe how much he's grown up, just since last summer! He looks so big! I'm cracking up at the bappy seeing the world. Poor Chach.
I had a lot of catching up to do on your blog, thanks for the updates and your cute Chach. I'm sure you were grateful for the airplane loss, but the poor little guy, love the bad witch though, he's a keeper!
Sure do miss him in nursery. Except I'm not in nursery any more. I got promoted to Sunbeams. Regardless of where I am, I have noticed myself every week when we set up snacks feeling like we are missing part of our group and then I realize it's your little man.
Oh boys. I'm expecting again, and a little terrified it might be a boy. What would I do? I will probably track down your phone number and call you like every day. Maybe I'd name him Chach.
