Got my canning done. (
now THAT was as A LOT of apple sauce) Thanks for crossing your fingers for me. So what if my house is a total mess and my kids have been crying all week? Can't a woman be selfish once in a while? Okay, okay, I'll get back to work being full time mommy and not working the night shift at the local cannery. Fine, I'll turn in my rubber gloves and hair net. (please imagine Laverne and Shirley here. LOVE them! Good thing I wasn't canning beer though.) Great, I'll clean the toilets today - fine! Sheesh! Yeah, if I don't see another apple for a while, I think I'll be just fine.
I made peach pie, apple pie, apple cobbler, and nanimo bars on Sunday! Good grief!~
